Office Manager / Clinical Coordinator

Our growing practice is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager/Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This position is critical in ensuring smooth operations within our office and will involve a mix of administrative and clinical coordination duties. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who is passionate about contributing to a positive workplace culture and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update patient records in compliance with regulations and office policies.
  • Process insurance claims and manage billing inquiries.

Clinical Coordination:

  • Assist with patient intake and prepare them for treatment.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and assist as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and organized.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards.
  • Obtain a Dental Assistant License within 6 months of hire.

Patient Experience:

  • Ensure an exceptional experience for patients by providing friendly, compassionate service.
  • Address any patient needs or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Promote office initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office management or clinical coordination role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and treatment protocols is a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and dental practice management software.
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and infection control practices.
