Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments, taking notes, and providing chairside support.
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment.
• Ensure patient comfort by preparing them for procedures, explaining treatment steps, and answering questions.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment availability.
• Support in administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient intake, and maintaining office supplies.
• Participate in training programs to become a certified dental assistant.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure the highest standards of care.

• No prior experience necessary—this is a training role, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to handle patient care in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of dental terminology or procedures is a plus but not required.
• Must complete the required test within the first three months of employment.(Jurisprudence, Radiography, Infection Control)

Additional Information:

• Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days.
• Pay: $16–$20 per hour, based on experience.
• PTO: Paid time off after 6 months of employment.
